I know Remy’s seen kids jump rope a few times, but not all that often, so I’m not sure where he got the idea to try it out himself with the yellow drawstring from my running tights. Gary was quick enough with the camera to get this video documentation of the event.

In other news, I just signed up for Lake Logan Triathlon, which I’m doing instead of Stumpy Creek. They are the same day and I really love the Lake Logan area and have a generous friend allowing us to stay at his place in Asheville so we save money on the overnight stay. I think I’ll do Double Deuce Open Water swim too, although I wish it were a little less pricey. It’s put on by Finish Strong and Mary & Bri Gaal’s One Step Beyond Multisport, so I know it will be a good event.
Too cute! He has really thinned out. Must be all that jumping.
