I’m hoping we’re nearing the end of all my whiney crying about how I don’t run like I used to, because I seem to have hit on the crux of the problem. I was not adequately using my glutes when I ran. So now I make sure I do, which I’m sure has been successful because oh boy [...] Delaying satisfaction to achieve mid to long term goals is an incredibly satisfying aspect of living, but sometimes the forward thinking can result in continual disatisfaction with the present.
