Mother’s Day Happenings

It was a busy first Mother’s Day for this Mommy.  Remy was, erm, a little bit on the high maintenance side from beginning to end, but I:

1. Had my first long (10-mile) run at a sub-8 pace post partum.
2. Saw a bald eagle catch a fish at our little neighborhood lake.
3. Watched the movie Slumdog Millionaire over the course of many hours and many interruptions.  It was a good movie.

One of the things I didn’t do was finish up a follow up post to the coaching attributes about trust in coaching.  I have lots of good ideas sketched out but haven’t had the focused time yet to put that together.  It’s coming…
