I’ve had some requests to do some resume reviewing and editing from various people, so I’ve added a Resume Review page where I provide three different options. Pricing is based on how long each option would take me to deliver in full quality, the opportunity cost of my time and any monetary cost involved (in the case of the Human Patterns assessment). I don’t expect my pricing schedule to be for everybody, but it’s based on what it would take for me to deem an advantageous use of my time.
You might also notice the blog title change, which is probably a little overdue. This past year’s events have changed the priorities of topics and you’ll continue to see a transition to fewer triathlon training-specific posts and more generalized performance coaching topics that use endurance sport and parenthood to illustrate. The reason for this is twofold. First, just talking about my training and racing exploits has gotten kind of boring for me and isn’t quite the same high priority it was from 2002-2007. Secondly, I’m putting more energy into making the organizational and performance coaching information I read and study stick and be applied in my day to day life. The best way to do that for a kinesthetic learner like myself is to apply the knowledge to an existing area of expertise (endurance sport) and salience (parenthood). The addition of the baby news will continue because it keeps friends and family up to date on the goings-on of the Super Remster, and we know how important that is!

Love the new look, Alicia!
