Remy came out on his birth day with some fine strands of hair. Not as many tresses as I had as a newborn, but a reasonable amount. As time went by, some of the hair got rubbed off where he laid his head and moved it all around when he was being a wriggle worm, which is fairly often. He looked like he had some male pattern baldness going on.
Then his head grew, as expected. This must have spread his hair follicles out because a week or so ago, we noticed a new crop of fuzz come in. Now he has a greater number fine little light brown hairs that look reddish in certain light. This makes the spiral pattern on the crown of his head more noticable. It’s tres cute and I tried to take a picture of it earlier today, but they all came out blurry. He’ll have to stay still for this to happen. If we get one, we’ll post it.
Update: Dad got a pretty good shot of the swirly head. Remy’s a lot more still when he’s asleep.
