This is a quote I picked up somewhere in a book and wrote down because I like it. Remy likes it too and he certainly knows the first two things. How so? We went to the birthing center again today and boy have I caught up on my weight gain! Five pounds in 2 weeks, [...] I think I mentioned our garden in some posts earlier this year. Well, it’s still there, what’s left of it that didn’t die off into nothingness. It’s a good thing I’m not a betting person because I would have lost my shirt putting money on predictions of which items would make it and which wouldn’t. [...] How big? So big that I underestimate the amount of space I need to leave for belly clearance. Sorry Remy for brushing the belly with the refrigerator door this morning. All my shirts are shrinking and even my cruiser bike handle bars are getting closer to the saddle. I swear. The world gets smaller as [...] It’s getting tough. This putting on sock and tying shoes stuff is no easy task these days. And sleeping. Oh my. I wake up even more frequently because of hip discomfort from lying on one side or the other. Sometimes it’s Remy crowding my lungs or pounding my bladder. Or both. Did I mention that [...] This all could have been avoided if you’d just been a little bit friendly. But no, you had to go and be all you two dorks on cruiser bikes don’t deserve acknowledgment from my ever-loving uber-cool-self because I’m so wicked clever and fast and have a road bike with actual clipless pedals. Oh, wait. I’m [...] It was foolish on my part, but I don’t think I looked at the weather forecast since last Thursday. From that vantage point, it looked to be a hot, rain-free weekend. Good for getting some commuting to the store riding in, which is what we planned to do today.
