Yesterday I was stiff in the legs and hips so I forego the trainer and spend over an hour stretching and doing various yoga moves. It helped and I woke up this morning with a lot more fluidity in the joints. I did get in a short, little cross ride on the trails over lunch, but also made it out to the Yoga Spot for prenatal yoga. Lately, Gary and I have been calling it yogers instead of yoga, hence the post title. Why? Cuz it sounds funny.


Glad you found the prenatal class at the Yoga Spot – it was a big help for me, too, minimizing back pain in the third trimester. And, it’s owned by my ex-husband’s wife.
