This weekend I lacked motivation to train much. Lately, I’ve been getting in a 3 hour ride or so at least one day, but not this weekend. I had just over two hours of saddle time in the two days combined. I did get in some good stretching and yoga, so that’s good. It wasn’t that I felt that exhausted-heavy-tired feeling, but I wasn’t very chipper and felt a bit draggy. Oh well. That’s how it goes sometimes.
