We had calm, warm water (78-82 in parts) today, although there were some colder spots. Most went minus the wetsuits, but there were a few diehard rubber-wearers. It was the first time I’ve swum without a wetsuit in many, many months so it was much harder hanging with the group having to use a broader muscle group to motor forward in comparison to wetsuit swimming.

I went back into the cove early to do some sprints into the shore-run ups-dive back into the water reps. No one wished to join me on these.
